100% Peace of Mind Return or Exchange Policy
It's difficult to buy jewellery online and we totally understand that you want to see it in person.  For this reason we offer a full peace of mind refund or exchange on all non-engraved products, even if you change your mind.  Please know that when purchasing from Keepsake Jewellery you are welcome to send it back for any reason within 14 days.
 
Should you wish to obtain a refund or exchange on a product for any reason (including wanting to swap it for another design) we ask you to contact us within 14 days of delivery. One of our Customer Consultants will ensure that your request is handled quickly and easily.
 
We offer an exchange or refund on all jewellery subject to the conditions below. 

  • For a product to be refunded or exchanged it must be returned to us in new condition as supplied (unused and complete with all accessories).

  • Jewellery needsto be packaged appropriately when returned to us so it doesn't scratch or break.  Any goods damaged during transit can't be refunded or exchanged.

  • If a product is returned due to a fault or defect we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement to you.  If the return is because you would like to swap it for another design then we will need to charge a shipping fee for the exchange. 

  • Any product which has been personalised (engraved or filled) cannot be returned or exchanged.
