IMPORTANT: Orders placed on or after Monday 11th December MAY NOT arrive before Christmas.

Orders are being processed and dispatched up until close of business on WEDNESDAY 13th DECEMBER 2017.

Our offices will close for the Christmas season from FRIDAY 15th DECEMBER 2017 until MONDAY 15th JANUARY 2018.

Orders can still be placed over this period and they will be sent when we reopen in January.

It can be difficult to buy jewellery online and we totally understand that you may want to see it in person first. For this reason we offer a full refund or exchange policy on all jewellery, even if you change your mind. Please know that when purchasing from Keepsake Jewellery Australia you are welcome to send it back for any reason within 14 days.

Should you wish to obtain a refund or exchange on a product we ask you to contact us within 14 days of delivery. One of our Customer Consultants will ensure that your request is handled quickly and easily. Please email us at sales@keepsakejewellery.com.au for all return advices and return queries.

We offer an exchange or refund on all jewellery subject to the conditions below:

  • For a product to be refunded or exchanged it must be returned to us in new condition as supplied (unused/unworn and complete with all accessories).

  • Jewellery needs to be packaged appropriately when returned to us so it doesn't scratch or break in transit. Acceptable packaging means that the jewellery is protected from scratching during transit - ie it cannot be 'loose' in the gift box without protection from scratching inside the box by movement during transit. The best way is to return the jewellery is to put it back inside the resealable poly bag and put it back inside the box with the internal box padding intact (as it was when delivered) or equivalent. Any goods damaged during transit can't be refunded or exchanged.

  • If a product is returned due to a fault or defect we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement to you. If the return is because you would like to swap it for another design then we will need to charge a shipping fee for the replacement product. You will be responsible for the cost of the return of your original jewellery order to our office.

  • Please note that engraved jewellery is not returnable unless there is an error by KJ Australia in the engraving or the item is damaged or faulty when received.
